WAIVER OF LIABLITY

As consideration for Music Together of Boulder permitting me to take Music Together^® classes, I agree to the following:

ASSUMPTION OF THE RISKS:  I understand that naturally occurring disease processes (including, but not imited to, COVID-19), may exist in the community, including at Music Together of Boulder, and present an inherent risk that cannot be eliminated.  I acknowledge that, although Music Together of Boulder is taking reasonable measures to avoid contact, transmittal, and exposure of disease processes like COVID-19 between people in our classes, Music Together teachers, and third-parties, it is ultimately my responsibility to ensure that I and my child take appropriate actions to safe-guard ourselves.  I understand and agree that as a registered member of Music Together of Boulder, I am accepting and voluntarily assuming the risk that I or my child may be exposed and become ill as a result of COVID-19 and/or other diseases.  I am aware of the risks of participating in Music Together classes, and assume all risks, foreseeable and unforeseeable, including injury, loss, or damage to myself, my child, any visiting guests, and our personal property.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY:  I, on behalf of myself and my child hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and covenant not to sue Music Together of Boulder LLC, and its owners, managers, members, employees, agents, location hosts, and volunteers (“Released Parties”) for any claims that may arise out of or relate in any way to my or my child’s exposure to any communicable disease, and any injury, loss, or damage to myself, any guests I may bring to class, or my personal property. The claims hereby released include, but are not limited to, claims of negligence against any of the Released Parties.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS WAIVER AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. BY ENROLLING IN CLASSES AT MUSIC TOGETHER OF
BOULDER, I UNDERSTAND I HAVE GIVEN UP CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS AND THAT THIS IS A BINDING LEGAL DOCUMENT.

Preview Class

New families interested in Music Together may try a single class for $25 before committing to a full semester. 

Outside Classes:

In the event that the temperature is under 45 degrees, it is actively precipitating, or the air quality is unhealthy, class will be held inside.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your registration prior to the first class and receive a refund minus a $15 processing fee, or a full credit to use for a future session. Registrations cancelled after classes have begun may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee and refunds may not be given.

Make-ups

Makeups may be scheduled throughout the semester and do not carry over to future semesters. Please schedule your makeups as close to your absence as possible. If you know you will be missing a class, you may make it up before your absence. Makeups are per family. Please note the sibling's name in the comment section--do not schedule a separate makeup for siblings. 

Illness
Please keep sick kids and grownups at home where they can get better.  If your child has a runny nose, cough, or fever, please stay home. If you bring a child to class who has "just gotten over" an illness please be conscientious and wash your child's hands before class. We follow a 24 hour fever-free and vomit-free policy. If you are unable to attend a class due to illness please schedule a makeup.

Drop-ins

Unregistered siblings 4 years & under may attend class as a drop-in if space is available. The drop-in fee is $18/class. Contact the office to schedule. Siblings 5 years & older may drop-in free of charge. Siblings under 12 months attend free.

Snow Days

We follow BVSD for snow cancellations. In the event that class is cancelled, you will be notified by email and text message.

Payment Options

When you register for your class, you will have the opportunity to pay online. You can also access online payment via the Family Portal under "Make a Payment."
